The Opus 2.0 is the grinder for the whole household, no matter what everyone drinks: a cappuccino in the morning, a pour-over in the afternoon, cold brew on the weekend. From espresso to cold brew, one grinder does the job.
Compared to the original Opus, it moves to 48 mm conical burrs in stainless steel (up from 40 mm). It grinds faster, about 9 seconds for an espresso shot, so with less heat. Its side adjustment dial is now stepless, with clear markings to fine-tune your espresso.
To keep things clean, a built-in ionizer reduces static and an internal impeller pushes all the grounds into the cup: almost nothing stays in the grinder, and your countertop stays clean.
