Your espresso machine will have no more secrets for you.

This workshop will help you get the most out of your espresso machine at home by learning the basics of extraction and the techniques to froth your milk like a pro! We will also talk about some theoretical aspects that will allow you to make more informed choices during your next coffee acquisitions.

The workshop is divided into three parts

1 - We talk about the origin, the processes, the altitude and the roasting;
2 - We taste together different variations in the extraction of an espresso;
3 - We practice!

This is a GREAT course

We learned so much that day, now we use the machine well at home and we recognize the types of coffee. It's a before and after. It's practical, fun, rich in information. We learn with passionate people at Zab. Roxanne is super good at explaining everything clearly. Highly recommended to do.

Great workshop!

A workshop where we come back to the basics of espresso coffee, but where we also work on the different stages (grinding, infusion time, milk foam, etc.).
