Coffee information

Bon Matin is our Joyeux Roger, but with a slightly longer roast. The caramelization of the sugars is pushed further to give it a more toasted flavor.

Sancoffee is an independent, B-Corp certified cooperative based in the Campo das Vertentes region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Sancoffee brings together 20 member farms and supports 600 smallholder producers, sharing a collective vision rooted in sustainability, quality, and community impact. The cooperative proudly blends its rich coffee-growing heritage, dating back to 1860, with modern initiatives that champion environmental preservation and social progress. To learn more, visit their website.

Cooperative programs such as Beyond Borders provide smallholder producers with tools and technical support, helping them gain recognition and add value to their work. Through educational workshops and youth training, Sancoffee invests in the future of its communities, fostering sustainable growth and opportunities for all.

Sancoffee achieved carbon neutrality in 2020, becoming a pioneer in environmentally responsible coffee production. Their efforts include restoring biodiversity, planting native trees, and conducting research to reduce the carbon footprint at the farm level.
