While Humure was once seen as unlikely to yield exceptional quality due to its dry climate and flat terrain, Stratton’s meticulous leadership has proved otherwise. Under his care, Humure has consistently produced standout lots, and his commitment to excellence ensures traceability and quality across every batch that passes through his station. Emmanuel Rusatira, founder of Baho Coffee, credits Stratton’s day-to-day oversight as crucial to the station’s ability to deliver such strong coffees year after year.
