Geovany has been a coffee producer his entire life, continuing a family tradition passed down for three generations. At just 10 years old, he joined his father in the fields to learn the craft. Today, he cultivates nearly two hectares of coffee with dedication, despite significant challenges such as devastating crop diseases, a lack of labor, and prices that are often far too low.
One of his greatest sources of pride was participating in the Honduran Cup of Excellence, where his coffee was recognized and sold at an excellent price. This success allowed him to support his daughters’ education and provide a better quality of life for his family.
