Brayan Alvear, a native of Acevedo, Colombia, grew up with his hands deep in coffee. From a young age, he learned the trade alongside his father on the family farm, and today, he continues the tradition with his own son. Together with 60 passionate producers, Brayan is committed to sharing the excellence of their coffee with the world. Thanks to a partnership with the exporter Forest and the processing plant Ancla, every coffee cherry is treated to a luxurious process, resulting in a bold and refined cup.

Brayan’s Coco Bongo coffee begins with the selection of pink bourbon variety cherries, which are then anaerobically co-fermented for 144 hours with dehydrated coconut and coconut water. After fermentation, the coffee is dried for 30 days along with lemon peels.

Complètement fou!

J’ai eu la chance de goûter au Coco Bongo au Café collectif et wow! Quelle belle surprise!

Je l’ai goûté en coldbrew nitro et en V60 chaud, une expérience différente mais tout aussi goûteuse !

J’ai déjà hâte aux journées chaudes d’été pour me faire un coldbrew avec ce café qui nous transporte sur une plage des tropiques!

Merci pour les saveurs explosives, j’aurais jamais pensé à ce mélange. 🥰
