The Home espresso workshop is fully booked for the season and will be back in fall 2024.

Your espresso machine won't have secrets for you anymore. 

This workshop will help you get the most out of your espresso machine at home by learning the basics of extraction and the techniques to froth your milk like a pro! We will also talk about some theoretical aspects that will allow you to make more informed choices during your next coffee acquisitions.

The workshop is divided into three parts

1 - We talk about the origin, the processes, the altitude and the roasting;
2 - We taste together different variations in the extraction of an espresso;
3 - We practice!

Roxanne has been in the specialty coffee industry for over 15 years. From head barista to manager, from owner of the Esquina café to roaster, the experience she has accumulated so far is impressive and makes her an incredible educator. We are lucky to have Roxanne on our team!

Il a été très facile de s’inscrire au cours, j’ai bien hâte d’y assister !

C'est un SUPER cours

On a tellement appris ce jour là, maintenant on utilise bien la machine à la maison et on reconnait les types de café. C'est un avant et un après. C'est pratique, amusant, riche en information. On aprend avec des gens passionés chez Zab. Roxanne est super bonne pour tout expliquer de manière claire. Hyper recommandé à faire.

Super atelier!

Un atelier où l’on revient sur les bases du café espresso, mais où l’on travaille également sur les différentes étapes (mouture, temps d’infusion, mousse du lait…).
