The Cupping + origines workshop is fully booked for the season and will be back in fall 2024

During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore the history of coffee from Latin America and Africa. We will take the time to examine the distinctions between different varieties, delve into the various production processes, as well as the diverse techniques used in different countries. We will also discuss the impact of these factors on the price and taste of coffee.

Subsequently, the workshop will focus more on practical aspects, offering the opportunity to taste and compare coffees from different origins, production methods, and varieties. The tasting method used will be cupping, a technique employed by coffee professionals for quality control and coffee selection


The workshop is divided into three parts

1 - We engage in theory and history discussions;
2 - We taste coffee through cupping;
3 - We discuss and share our thoughts on the coffees we've tasted.
