The whole team is a fan of Francy, especially since our visit to her farm in the summer of 2023. Since then, we’ve built a close relationship with Francy and her projects. That’s why we’re so happy to offer you, once again, a coffee from Francy, our favorite producer. It’s a blend of Pink Bourbon and Geisha, processed naturally, with notes of blackberries, gamay, dark chocolate and marmalade.

CALIX CARAFE
This ORIGAMI carafe is inspired by the famous HARIO model, renowned in Japan for its heat-resistant glass craftsmanship. Its shape, with a slightly curved bottom, helps to better release the coffee’s aromas. The glass used, HARIO Glass, is made from 100% natural minerals, offering excellent heat and acid resistance. The three cups represent the cycle of coffee preparation: farming, roasting and percolation.
