Notre demi-caf combine café régulier et décaféiné pour une tasse pleine de saveurs, de douceur et d'éclat.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"margin: 0 0 12px 0;\"\u003ePour cette édition, nous avons assemblé notre décaféiné du Nicaragua, travaillé en macération carbonique, avec deux cafés qui poussent encore plus loin son côté fruité. La macération carbonique, une technique de fermentation inspirée du monde du vin, donne au décaféiné une texture crémeuse et des notes éclatantes de raisin blanc, de cerise et de miel. Nous y avons ajouté un café naturel d'Éthiopie, aux arômes floraux et aux saveurs de petits fruits confiturés, ainsi qu'une touche du cofermenté à la pêche d'Edinson Argote, qui apporte une finale juteuse rappelant les bonbons à la pêche.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"margin: 0;\"\u003eLe résultat est une tasse vibrante, sucrée et juteuse, où les notes de fruits mûrs, de pêche et de miel s'équilibrent avec une texture soyeuse qui reste longtemps en bouche.
