In addition to producing its own beans from over 10,000 coffee trees, Zuberi also works with 1,600 local growers, focusing exclusively on specialty coffee. He has won the Cup of Excellence on several occasions for the quality of his coffees.
He does exceptional work with growers, offering decent, fair prices for coffee cherries, redistributing compost to help nourish land where access to various fertilizers can often be very difficult, and distributing seedlings to renew aging coffee trees.
Burundi is a country with a lot of poverty, where the coffee industry is very important and which could, with practices like those of Matraco, make a difference for the lives of thousands of Burundians.

Très bon
Déjà en ouvrant le sac, on sait qu'on aura une bonne infusion. L'odeur de crème glacée à la fraise est vraiment plaisante. Dans la tasse on a un café bien équilibré qui donne de très bonnes tasses autant au Bialetti, qu'au Chemex et au Hario. Désolé pour ceux qui n'auront pas eu la chance d'y goûter.
Après avoir essayé un sac il fallait en acheter un autre. Probablement le meilleur café burundais que j'ai essayé. Bravo.
Un crèma parfait et succulent café
J’apprécie beaucoup les cafés aux notes fruitées. J’étais craintif d’avoir entre les mains une torréfaction trop légère à mon goût. J’ai pris une chance car je me sais entre bonnes mains avec Zab. Je ne fut pas déçu!!! C’est probablement un des meilleurs cafés que Zab nous offre.

C'est un excellent café en espresso, pas capricieux sur la pression, donc si t'as pression est en bas de 9 ou même 8, tu peux confortablement le boire sans gaspiller. J'ai de la difficulté de faire une bonne extraction au tricolate, mais en V60 c'est très bon!!!
